| Opticut-TL's polymer formula adheres to the microstructure
of the superabrasive bonding system. This unique lubricant
allows superabrasives to grind faster with less heat
while allowing the abrasive particles to remain sufficiently
exposed during the cutting process. With Opticut-TL
Superabrasives require less hand stoning and dressing.
The decreased cutting temperature reduces the negative
affects of high heat, which can crack, chip and burn
the work piece. |
