of the tooling surface. This unique Fluoropolymer

- Protects and seals the tooling surface preventing
corrosive materials present in the wood and other
surfaces from chemically etching the fine point
of the cutting edge.
- RBL also adds lubricity to the tooling allowing
the edge to travel through the material easier.
- RBL adheres to the microstructure in the tooling
surface to reduce friction.
- RBL penetrates top bearings adhering to the internal

Router Bit Maintenance |

To perform router bit bearing maintenance:
- Place one drop of RBL(tm) into top bearing allowing
it to penetrate.
- Rotate the bearing in each direction by hand.
- Flush the top bearing with high-pressure air to
remove contaminates from the bearing housing.
- Repeat step 1 to protect and lubricate the bearing
walls and housing.
