Router Bit Lubricant’s Specialty Fluoropolymer formula

surface. This unique Fluoropolymer liquid allows Router bits,
to cut all kinds of materials Cooler & Cleaner with less
friction. RBL prevents bit and bearing fouling caused by heat
and contaminates, while it prolongs the cutting life of all
router bit tool surfaces including High Speed Steel, Carbide
and Diamond.

tooling surface. This unique lubricant allows cutting tools

types of non-ferrous materials. With OptiCut-NF™ cutting

Opticut-SS: OptiCut-SS™’s
polymer formula adheres to the microstructure of the cutting
surface. This unique lubricant allows cutting edges to travel
through solid surface materials with less heat and friction
during the cutting process. OptiCut-SS™ protects and
seals the tooling surface preventing corrosive acids and resins
from chemically etching cutting surfaces while cutting. With
OptiCut-SS™ cutting tools require less sharpening and
last longer.

Opticut TL: OptiCut-TL™’s
polymer formula adheres to the microstructure of the super
abrasive bonding system. This unique lubricant allows super
abrasives to grind faster with less heat while allowing the
abrasive particles to remain sufficiently exposed during the
cutting process. With OptiCut-TL™ super abrasives require
less hand stoning and dressing. The decreased cutting temperature
reduces the effects of high heat, which can crack, chip and
burn the work piece.
