Empire Model 700 series automated lubrication systems are
specifically designed to apply our water based fluoropolymer
lubricants. Each unit is custom manufactured to accommodate
the specific needs of each cutting application with 1-12 fluid
spray nozzles. Each unit contains an Empire Industrialized
Microprocessor adjustable controller to set the fluid spray
amount and repeat the timing cycle. |

720 Series: The
Empire Model 720 series automated lubrication systems are
engineered to handle single or dual fluid types, applying
our Oil based and Water based lubricants. These units are
custom manufactured to accommodate the specific needs of each
cutting application with 1-20 fluid spray nozzles. Each unit
uses an Empire Industrialized Microprocessor adjustable controller
to set the fluid spray amount and repeat the timing cycle.

750 Series: The
Model 750 series automated lubrication application systems
are specifically designed to apply our specialty lubricants.
The 750 Series are custom manufactured to accommodate the
specific needs of each cutting application with one or two
fluid spray nozzles. Model 750 series contains a Empire Industrialized
Microprocessor non-adjustable controller to set the fluid
spray amount and repeat timing cycle. The Fluid Spray: is
preset at .05cc’s Timing Frequency of fluid spray is
30 seconds. 115 Volt Only. |

The 760 Lube System is a perfect addition to our current
product line. Designed with the Miter Saw in mind, the 760
is one of the most complete and versatile systems on the
market today. With its fully adjustable controller which
not only allows you to set the fluid volume ranging from
.05cc's to 1.5cc's, its unique cycle counter system allows
you to adjust lubrication needs, based on a cut count ranging
from 1 to 500. The 760's adaptability is not only limited
to sawing applications, it also works as a Chain Lubricator,
with a cycle count based on chain links, this ensures consistent
lubrication and reduced chain wear. With the option of a
one and two nozzle system the possibilities are endless.

770 Lube System is another perfect addition to our current
product line. The 770 is specifically designed for large band
saw applications. With its affordable price and its unique
ability to apply both our oil & water based lubricants,
makes the 770 a solid performer for any large band saw. With
its fully adjustable controller you set both the spray volume
and spray cycles, with intervals ranging from 30, 60 &
90 seconds. The 770 is available in a 2, 4 & 6 nozzle
configuration.
