The 760 Series are custom manufactured to accommodate the specific needs of each cutting application with 1 or 2 fluid spray nozzles. Model 760 series uses an Empire Industrialized Microprocessor adjustable controller to set the fluid spray volume and a cycle counter program to spray after the desired number of cut cycles.

All models come as a single price complete package consisting of: Lubrication unit, air regulation system, and all basic necessary spray nozzle assemblies and spray tubing.  Specialized mounting hardware options are available.

Shop air enters the unit through the air filter/regulator mounted on the side of the box and travels through the high-pressure system.  Empire lubricant contained in a reservoir on top of the enclosure is fed through a low-pressure conduit to the low-pressure system.

The low-pressure system controls the fluid, the high-pressure system controls the velocity, and the Empire Microprocessor Controller controls the frequency and amount of the lubricant applied.  System’s controls are pre-set at the factory and are fully adjustable.
