The
Empire Model 720 series automated lubrication systems are
specifically designed to handle single or dual fluid types,
applying both Oil based and Water based lubricants. The
720 Series are custom manufactured to accommodate the specific
needs of each application with 1-20 fluid spray nozzles.
The 720 series uses an Empire Industrialized Microprocessor
adjustable controller to set the fluid spray amount and
repeat the timing cycle. All models come as a complete package
consisting of: Lubrication unit, air regulation system,
and all basic necessary spray nozzle assemblies including
spray tubing. Specialized mounting hardware options are
available.
System controls are
operator adjustable, allowing you to tailor the system operation
to your specific application. The high-pressure system controls
the velocity of the fluid the low-pressure system controls
the amount of fluid used. Shop air enters the unit through
the air filter/regulator mounted on the side of the enclosure
and moves through the high-pressure system. Lubricants are
contained in single or double reservoirs mounted on top
of the enclosure fluids are fed through a low-pressure conduit
to the low-pressure fluid system. As part of low-pressure
system the Empire Microprocessor Controller controls the
frequency and amount of the lubricants applied. |

The
Empire Lube Systems fluid delivery technology dispenses small
amounts of lubricating fluids through a spray nozzle by using
high velocity air. This insures the efficiency of applying
small amounts of lubricant. The Empire Lubrication technology
is far superior to other misting type systems. It is the only
one to be supported by major industry leaders like Super Thin
Saws, Systi-Matic Company, International Knife and Saw.
The advantage is Empire uses a pulse application
that allows for consistent delivery of our superior lubrication
products in high airflow applications.
Misting lubricators don't work consistently
in high airflow applications!
It's like spray-painting in the wind! Some
times you hit the target, but most of the time it gets all
over everything else!
We simply blast through the high airflow and
deliver our fluid directly to the cutting tool.
